SF-112 Tag-Based Proximity Alert System

Forklift Anti Collision Warning System

SF-112 forklift collision warning system works through the host installed on the forklift and P-tags wear by the pedestrians. The hostreal-time monitors P-tags within the relative rage of 100m,judges the danger degree according to the distance and makes different levels of sound and light alarm.

Forklift Anti Collision Warning System

UWB Proximity Detection for Pedestrian & Vehicle Safety

The WTSAFE Forklift Anti Collision Warning System is a compact and efficient UWB proximity detection solution designed to prevent collisions between forklifts, pedestrians, and other vehicles. By combining forklift-mounted base stations with wearable UWB tags, the system continuously monitors distance in a 40 m diameter safety zone and triggers instant audio-visual alerts whenever a risk is detected. It is an ideal safety tool for warehouses, factories, logistics centers, and any mixed traffic environment.

Key Features

1. Pedestrian–Forklift Collision Alerts

Workers wearing UWB tags are detected as soon as they enter the forklift’s warning zone. The onboard alarm activates immediately, warning the operator that someone is nearby and helping prevent high-risk human–vehicle contact.

2. Vehicle–Vehicle Distance Monitoring

Forklifts equipped with UWB base stations can detect each other and issue layered warnings when the safe operating distance is violated. Safety distances can be customized for different areas and fleet types.

3. Blind-Corner Warning

Base stations mounted at blind corners detect approaching forklifts and pedestrians and trigger flashing lights or voice alerts. This significantly reduces collision risks in narrow aisles and obstructed areas.

4. Entrance & Doorway Safety

A UWB base station installed above entrances warns forklifts when they approach the doorway. Pedestrian tags vibrate and flash, ensuring safety reminders on both sides.

How It Works

  • Forklift base stations scan for UWB tags within a large detection zone.

  • When a tag or another vehicle enters the warning radius, the system triggers:

    • Level 1 Alert: Early warning

    • Level 2 Alert: Critical proximity

    • Optional: Speed limit or automatic stop (customizable)

This ensures real-time, reliable collision prevention in any environment.
