SF-422-AI Vision Collision Avoidance System
Equipped with five independent cameras and powered by deep learning algorithms, this machine vision system delivers full 360° collision detection.
It is designed for use on forklifts, loaders, rollers, excavators, and other industrial vehicles. The system supports real-time recognition of pedestrians, vehicles, and objects, displaying five HD video streams and recording them simultaneously. Multi-angle real-time monitoring significantly enhances both operational safety and efficiency.
AI-Powered Precision Collision Detection & Alerts
The system continuously monitors pedestrian activity. When a pedestrian approaches a hazardous distance from the vehicle,a voice alarm is triggered,
and the system sends a speed-limit signal to the vehicle.
Detection zones between pedestrians and vehicles are fully customizable. Three safety zones—Braking Zone, Warning Zone,
and Safe Zone—can be defined. When a person enters a specific zone, the system dynamically triggers collision alerts and applies speed reduction as needed.
