The AI Collision Avoidance System for Forklifts is an intelligent safety solution designed to reduce accidents in mixed pedestrian–forklift environments.

By combining AI vision, real-time pedestrian detection, and speed control, the system actively prevents collisions caused by blind spots, reversing risks, and unsafe driving behaviors—significantly improving pedestrian forklift safety in warehouses, factories, and industrial sites.

How It Works

This Ai Collision Avoidance solution uses five independent AI cameras and a forklift-specific deep learning algorithm to deliver 360° surround detection.

The system continuously detects pedestrians, vehicles, and obstacles around the forklift.

When a pedestrian enters preset safety distances (e.g. 5 m, 10 m, 15 m), the system triggers audible and visual warnings.

If the risk escalates, the system automatically limits speed or initiates braking, helping prevent accidents before contact occurs.

When overspeed is detected, the system issues voice alerts and automatically limits acceleration.

AI-based driver monitoring detects unsafe behaviors such as fatigue or distraction.

Forklift access can be restricted via face recognition or QR authorization, ensuring only trained operators can start the vehicle.
