SF-431-Forklift Radar Blind Spot Collision Avoidance System

The SF-431 Forklift Reverse Radar Collision Warning System is a safety-assist device specifically designed for forklifts. Using advanced radar technology and intelligent algorithms, it continuously monitors the distance and speed of obstacles behind the forklift, providing the operator with timely and accurate collision warnings. This helps prevent accidents during reversing and ensures operational safety.

The system features two detection zones:

1. Warning Zone:

   • When reversing within the set distance, if the radar sensor detects an object/person, the main unit triggers an audible-visual alarm.

   • The display shows the distance from the object/person to the vehicle.

   • When paired with an optional throttle controller, the system can automatically limit the forklift’s speed to ≤3 km/h when an object/person enters the warning zone.

2. Braking Zone:

   • When reversing within the set distance, if the radar sensor detects an object/person, the main unit triggers an audible-visual alarm and voice prompts indicating the target distance.

   • If the distance is less than 30 cm, the system issues a “Stop” voice alert.

   • The display shows the distance from the object/person to the vehicle.

   • When paired with the optional throttle controller, the forklift will automatically slow to <0 km/h (complete stop) until the obstacle is cleared and the forklift moves forward to disengage reverse mode.

Speed Alarm:

• Three-level speed alarm settings with different voice prompts for each level.

• Includes overspeed audible-visual warnings.

• Supports both electronic and mechanical throttle speed control.
