Ai-based collision avoidance system is an intelligent safety solution designed to prevent accidents caused by blind spots, close-range interactions, and complex work environments. Using AI vision and dual dynamic detection cameras, the system identifies, tracks, and alerts operators when pedestrians or obstacles come too close to the vehicle—significantly reducing the risk of collisions in warehouses, factories, and industrial sites.
The system uses advanced AI pedestrian detection to monitor motion around the vehicle. Users can set three alert zones—Safe Zone, Warning Zone, and Braking Zone. When a person enters a pre-defined area, the system triggers visual and audible alerts or outputs a speed-limiting signal to prevent dangerous approaches.
Two ultra-wide 150° AI cameras, equipped with infrared illumination, provide continuous day-and-night pedestrian monitoring. These cameras eliminate forward, rear, and corner blind spots, ensuring complete awareness even in narrow aisles or dim work areas.
When a pedestrian approaches the vehicle, the system instantly detects the distance and triggers voice and visual alerts. If the person enters the defined danger zone, the system outputs a speed-limiting signal, ensuring the vehicle slows down to prevent close-range collisions and improve overall site safety.
The built-in Driver Monitoring System detects fatigue, distraction, phone use, and smoking. Unsafe behaviors trigger immediate alerts, helping prevent accidents caused by human error and promoting safer operating habits.
The system records continuous driving footage in three-minute loops for evidence and event review. Video files automatically overwrite when storage is full, allowing long-term monitoring without manual maintenance.
A rugged IP66-rated monitor provides clear real-time views of front and rear camera feeds, speed, mileage, and seat belt status. The interface is easy to use and optimized for demanding industrial environments.
