Real-Time Speed Monitoring & Overspeed Detection

The system continuously tracks forklift speed through onboard sensors. Operators and supervisors are alerted instantly if the vehicle exceeds predefined thresholds, ensuring dangerous driving behaviors are detected before accidents occur.
When the vehicle speed exceedsthepreset"alarm speed"speed, the device prompts"Overspeed attention! And immediately output the throttle control signal, combined with electronic throttle controller or mechanical throttle controller can limit the vehicle speed in the preset"alarmspeed"speed.

Multi-Stage Overspeed Alerts
Multi-Stage Overspeed Alerts

When over-speeding occurs, the system triggers immediate audio-visual alerts—such as buzzer alarms, flashing lights, or dashboard notifications. Warning thresholds are customizable to suit different environments and safety policies.
Tier 1 Alert (Default: 8 km/h):
Strobe lights activate when exceeded.
Tier 2 Alert (Default: 10 km/h):
Strobe lights + audible alarm activate.
Tier 3 Alert (Default: 12 km/h):
Strobe lights + "Overspeed, please be cautious" voice prompt activate. Electronic throttle controllers enforce speed restriction within this threshold.

Reverse Safety Assistance

When reversing, the system automatically plays a clear “Caution! Vehicle reversing” voice alert to warn nearby pedestrians. At the same time, reverse speed limiting is applied to prevent overspeeding, ensuring safer maneuvering in narrow aisles and busy areas. Settings such as alert volume and speed thresholds can be customized to meet site requirements.

Zone Speed Limiting
Zone Speed Limiting

Factories and workshops can set two different speed values: 10 km/h for the factory and 5 km/h for the workshop. The speed is automatically limited when entering the zone.
Enterprises can set up multiple speed zones within warehouses or work sites (such as entrances, intersections, pedestrian pathways, and loading docks). When a forklift enters these zones, the system automatically limits its driving speed within a safe range.
These speed zones can be implemented either through floor markings combined with electronic geofencing or triggered by sensors, ensuring flexible and precise speed control.

Safety Improvement By Forklift Speed Limiter

Speeding Alarm

Speeding Alarm

When the speed of the forklift exceeds a predetermined speed value,an audible and visual alarm will sound to warn pedestrians in advance of the driver.

Avoid Speeding

Avoid Speeding

Forklift speed limit controllers are designed to reduce speeds by detecting dangerous speeds, leaving no opportunity for driver negligence and self-increased speeds, helping to improve safety in the field.

Improve Driving Standards

Improve Driving Standards

The digital monitoring and control of the forklift speed limiter led to the improvement in the driving standard of the operator.

Speed Controlling Techniques

Speed Controlling Techniques

Default parameters are built into the forklift speed controller to set maximum speed and safety limits.
This will serve as a threshold for drivers to avoid over speeding causing safety accidents.
