When the vehicle speed exceedsthepreset"alarm speed"speed,the device prompts"Overspeed attention!And immediately output the throttle control signal,combined with electronic throttle controller or mechanical throttle controller can limit the vehicle speed in the preset"alarmspeed"speed.
When over-speeding occurs, the system triggers immediate audio-visual alerts—such as buzzer alarms, flashing lights, or dashboard notifications. Warning thresholds are customizable to suit different environments and safety policies.
Tier 1 Alert (Default: 8 km/h):
Strobe lights activate when exceeded.
Tier 2 Alert (Default: 10 km/h):
Strobe lights + audible alarm activate.
Tier 3 Alert (Default: 12 km/h):
Strobe lights + "Overspeed, please be cautious" voice prompt activate. Electronic throttle controllers enforce speed restriction within this threshold.
When reversing, the system automatically plays a clear “Caution! Vehicle reversing” voice alert to warn nearby pedestrians. At the same time, reverse speed limiting is applied to prevent overspeeding, ensuring safer maneuvering in narrow aisles and busy areas. Settings such as alert volume and speed thresholds can be customized to meet site requirements.
Factories and workshops can set two different speed values: 10 km/h for the factory and 5 km/h for the workshop. The speed is automatically limited when entering the zone.
