Project Background
Due to recent accidents involving customers in the food industry, ensuring employee safety and improving production efficiency became urgent needs. We provided the customer with an AI forklift anti-collision system solution. The customer currently operates six Zhongli electric forklifts. Since their facility does not separate pedestrian and vehicle traffic, personnel collision prevention was identified as the top priority. After in-depth communication, the customer expressed satisfaction with the features of the AI forklift anti-collision system and requested rapid implementation.

Implementation Plan
We installed the forklift anti-collision system on the customer’s six Zhongli electric forklifts. The system leverages advanced AI algorithms and sensor technology to monitor the surrounding environment in real time, effectively preventing collisions between personnel and vehicles.

Customized Features and Optimization
Based on the customer’s actual needs, we customized and optimized the AI anti-collision system, including but not limited to:
High-precision personnel detection: Using deep learning algorithms, the system accurately identifies employees in the facility, reducing false alarms.
Real-time warning and speed control: When the system detects a potential collision risk, it immediately issues an alert, reminding the driver to take evasive action. If the risk persists or escalates, the system activates alarm mechanisms to limit speed or stop the forklift, ensuring safety.
Data logging and analysis: The system records collision-avoidance events and related data in real time, providing a basis for continuous optimization and improvement.
Human-machine interaction optimization: Considering the operating habits and needs of facility staff, we optimized the system’s user interface to make it simpler, more intuitive, and user-friendly.

Deployment Plan
Research and Preparation: We will conduct in-depth research on the customer’s facility environment and electric vehicle usage to ensure the solution is targeted and feasible. At the same time, all required equipment and materials will be prepared to guarantee smooth installation.
Installation and Commissioning: Once research and preparation are completed, our professional team will carry out the installation and commissioning of the AI forklift anti-collision system at the customer’s facility, ensuring that the system runs properly and delivers the expected results.
Training and Acceptance: After installation, we will provide training for the customer’s staff to ensure they can operate the system proficiently. System acceptance will also be conducted to verify that all functions are working correctly and meet customer requirements.
